Breakfast:
(M, V, FA) 2 eggs omelet with ½ cup mushrooms, onions, green peppers and 1 slice swiss
cheese
(G, FA) 1 slice wheat toast, 1T butter
(D) 8 oz skim milk


Mid-Morning Snack:
(G) 6 mini chocolate chip muffins
16 oz water


Lunch:
(D) 8 oz skim milk
(G, M, V) Leftover Stir-Fry ½ cup rice and 1 cup pork stir-fry w/ veggies
(F) ½ cup watermelon


Afternoon Snack:
Water
(G) 2 cups natural popcorn
(F) banana


Dinner:
(V, FA, M) 1 cup lettuce w/ 1T tomato, 1T shredded mozz cheese, 1T lite ranch dressing
(M, V, FA) quarter lemon grilled chicken(thigh and leg) w/ corn on the cob, 1 T butter
(D) 8 oz skim milk
(F) ½ cup strawberries


Evening Snack:
Water
(G) 2 cups natural popcorn
