(G, D)¾ cup Honey Bunches of Oats w/4oz skim milk
16 oz water
Mid-Morning Snack:

Lunch:
(M, G, FA) ½ Lunchable: turkey, American cheese, crackers, mini Crunch bar

Afternoon Snack:
Water
(M, G) 1 slice white bread, 1T peanut butter
(F, D) banana and 4 oz chocolate milk
Dinner:
(D) 2 cups 2% milk
(G, M, FA, V) Carribean Quesadilla: 1 whole wheat flour tortilla w/ ¼ cup colby jack cheese, black beans, sweet potato, jalapeno & 2T sour cream and 1/8 cup pico de gallo (tomato, cilantro, onion)
(F) 1 cup canned pears
Evening Snack:
Water
(M, G, V) 1 slice wheat bread, 2 small grilled chicken tenderloins, 1 cup lettuce
